Heating Instructions

All of our Plant Based Meats are precooked and can be eaten safely without cooking. Since there are no animal fats in our dishes – heat through but do not over heat.
Note: If you have a nut allergy do not consume! All of our cheeses are made from nuts.

Below are suggestions on how to heat and serve:

Baby Single Serve Meals – Lasagna, Eggplant Parmigiana, Sausage and Peppers, Chicken Pot Pie, Chicken and Eggplant Parmigiana, Mac and Cheese

  1. You can heat from Frozen or thawed, it just takes longer if frozen.
  2. Place in a 375-400 oven (all should be covered in foil other than the Pot Pie – leave that one uncovered).
  3. If thawed heat for 25-30 minutes, if frozen 40-45 minutes.
  4. All ovens are different so just heat through.

Sausages / Hot Dogs /  Burgers

  1. Add a little oil to a fry pan and brown the meat. You can then serve in any way you prefer.
  2. You can grill. Brush with oil and grill on all sides until heated through.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 350 and place in well-wrapped tin foil for 10 minutes

Ribs

  1. Add a little oil to a fry pan and brown the meat. You can then serve in any way you prefer.
  2. You can grill. Brush with oil and grill on all sides until heated through.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 350 and place in well-wrapped tin foil for 10 minutes
  4. Cut into Riblets and use in a stir fry.

Porchetta

  1. Add a little oil to a fry pan and brown the meat with Fresh Rosemary and Garlic. You can then slice and serve as a roast.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350 and place in well-wrapped tin foil for 15 minutes with fresh garlic. Serve with fresh Rosemary.

Steak

  1. Add a little oil to a fry pan and brown the meat. It’s best if you have a pan that make grill marks on the meat. You can then serve in any way you prefer.
  2. You can grill. Brush with oil and grill on all sides until heated through.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 350 and place in well-wrapped tin foil for 15 minutes.

Pastrami

To prepare the Pastrami massage a Tablespoon of your favorite
mustard into the Pastrami on all sides.

Using a Saute/Fry Pan on Medium to Medium High Heat Add
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil to a fry pan. Add a few Garlic Cloves
sliced and the Mustard covered Roast to the Pan.

Brown on all sides, turning often. Drizzle a bit of Maple Syrup on the
Roast (Optional) Finish Browning on all Sides.

Slice very thin for Sandwiches or thicker for a stir fry with caramelized onions.
You can make portions and freeze to enjoy at a later date.

Cutlets

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 and place in well-wrapped tin foil for 15 minutes.

Meatballs

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 and place in well-wrapped tin foil for 15 minutes. or place in a stovetop pan with tomato sauce over medium heat to heat through.

Baked Stuffed ‘Shrimp’

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375-400 and place on a sheet pan with olive oil – uncovered for 15 minutes. When the bottom and the stuffing top is golden brown it is ready to serve.

‘Clamstrips’

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375-400 and place on a sheet pan 12-15 minutes to heat through. Do not over heat – just heat through.

‘Crabcakes’

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375-400 and place on a sheet pan with olive oil – uncovered for 15 minutes.

Apizza/Calzone/Eggplant Pesto Rolls

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375-400 and place on a sheet pan uncovered..
    1. For Apizza: 12-15 minutes until heated through. Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes at the very end to melt all the top cheeses. Do not burn under broiler.
    2. For Calzone: Wrap in Foil for 20-30 minutes until heated through and all the cheeses are melted. Once heated uncover and heat without foil for the last 5 minutes to crisp up.
    3. For Eggplant Pesto Rolls: 12-15 minutes until heated through. Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes at the very end to melt all the top cheeses. Do not burn under broiler.
    4. For Stuffed Breads: Wrap in Foil for 20-30 minutes until heated through and all the cheeses are melted. Once heated uncover and heat without foil for the last 5 minutes to crisp up.
