We have experienced Covid exposure with staff and winter weather delays. We are so sorry for the delays and here is the shipping schedule. If we can ship earlier we will. You will receive two emails. The first when we create the label. That email will contain the fedex tracking number and the second when your package is delivered.
 
All orders made from 1/1 through 1/5 will ship on 1/19. All orders made from 1/6 through 1/21 will ship on 1/25 and 1/26. We make everything fresh for each order and do not stock items so Covid and winter weather delays have wreaked havoc on our schedule.

We typically ship overnight Tuesday through Thursday. You will receive an email with your tracking information on when your label is created that will contain your Fedex tracking number. You will receive a second email when your package is delivered.

  • Shipping, insulation & ice packs are included in the cost.
  • Products are perishable and must be refrigerated upon arrival.
  • We are not responsible for lost, perished or stolen packages. If you would like to know the whereabouts of your package once it ships, please contact Federal Express with your tracking number. If your package arrives late and is perished, you must file a claim on your own behalf through Federal Express. We cannot provide refunds or reship based on Fedex error, you must resolve with Federal Express.
  • Once your order has reached the production phase, we cannot cancel or refund your order.
