• Products are perishable and must be refrigerated/frozen upon arrival.

• We are not responsible for lost, perished, disturbed packaging or stolen packages. If you would like to know the whereabouts of your package once it ships, please contact Federal Express with your tracking number. If your package arrives late and is perished, if your package contains items with disturbed packaging, you must file a claim on your own behalf through Federal Express. We cannot provide refunds or reship based on Fedex error, you must resolve with Federal Express. We package all items properly for shipping. We have a NO Refund Policy.
